Part 1: Every other Sunday a scheduled job emails all the members of the Power Lunch Team and asks them if they are up for a virtual Power Lunch.
Part 2: On Thursday a job runs and matches the employees who opted in to meet and sends them a match email. The Two employees than schedule a virtual lunch.. AKA The Power lunch. This could be the CEO meeting the intern, or sales meeting the development team.
