A luxury resort and spa in the US West provides bespoke, white-glove service to its VIP guests. To track every detail of the likes, dislikes, timing, and needs of each guest, the resort relied on a shared Excel spreadsheet to keep staff, from concierge to cooks, up-to-date on each guest.
Our task was to create a more secure, simpler-to-use, and powerful system for tracking the needs of each guest and integrating the solution with their existing customer database system.

After gathering detailed requirements and understanding the workflows of the hospitality teams, we built a PowerApps-based solution that managed all the client visit data, including integration with customer database to get their history from previous visits, and presented the right data to the right team members in the form that was most useful to them. Whether it's arrival information for the front desk to schedule a car for airport pickup, housekeeping performing turn-down service, or the kitchen preparing eggs exactly how the guest likes them, each guest gets the exact right service at the exact right time.
