The scope of this engagement is to perform a detailed analysis of the customer’s current environment, including user personas, devices and calling workloads. The objective is to jointly create a customized, prioritized, and actionable upgrade plan to move users to Microsoft Teams for Calling..

PURPOSE

This workshop is ideal for customers who are using Teams for just the Chat, Collaboration and Meetings with Audio Conferencing, and want to leverage their existing investment with Calling within Teams.

In Scope

The standard scope of the engagement includes:

  • Evaluation of your current telephony and PBX needs
  • Environmental & workload analysis
  • Demonstrate the end to end Teams Calling experience
  • Demonstrate the enablement of Teams Calling through administration
  • Illustrate common migration strategies in regard to the different aspects of the customer experience
  • Direction on how to transform various user profiles into modern collaboration and communication environment
  • Customized report-out with actionable recommendations you can follow to enable, and adopt Teams for Calling

The standard scope of the engagement excludes:

  • Technical designs or implementations – The final plan includes the prioritization of additional engagements which will assist with the design and implementation of the Microsoft Teams
  • Pilots or Labs – Demos may be conducted within the readiness sessions, but pilots and/or labs must be conducted as separate engagements
  • Network Testing & Configuration – This workshop includes a high-level assessment of your current environment and will touch on the network configuration, but not get into testing or planning

END RESULT

In addition to the Deployment Plan, customers will receive a Report and Recommendations report.

This will include:

  • Information from the Environmental Analysis session.
  • The Teams Deployment Plan guides, training, cost benefits
  • Adoption and Change Management plans
